Hurst 2019, 6 PACK

Our 2019 discursive blend of Sonoma County, Ca mid-varietals. From Sebastapol, Hurst Orchard Gala and Golden Delicious, plus Romes and Jonathans from the derelict Grand View orchard. Hand gleaned Harvest Gold crabapples from Cazadero, plus dry-farmed Jonathans, Sun Rival crab apples, and Van Deman Quince from the town of Sonoma.

Pressed and macerated for five days at Old World Winery in Fulton, Ca. Secondary pressing, then aged in oak barrel for eleven months. The result is a lightly sparkling cider, undeniably alive in the bottle. V/A got a hold of this one- and it has a lightning punch! Pineapple- kombucha meets orange wine inside a hundred-year-old barn.
